Q.1)What is Sciatica?
Ans.1)A.It is the longest&thickest(almost finger-width) nerve in the body.
B.It's actually made up of five nerve roots:2 from the lower back region called the lumbar spine and three from the final section of the spine called the sacrum.
C.The 5 nerve roots come together to form a right&left sciatic nerve.On each side of your body,one sciatic nerve runs through your hips,buttocks&down a leg,ending just below the knee.
D.The sciatica nerve then branches into other nerves,which continue down your leg&into your foot and toes.

Q.2)What is Sciatica pain&what its feeling?
Ans.2.SCIATICA PAIN: A.It is a nerve pain from an injury or irritation to the sciatica nerve,which originates in your buttock/gluteal area.
B.It is a pain that originates in the lower back&radiates down the leg .
FEELING: A.In sciatica nerve experience mild to severe pain anywhere along the path of the sciatica nerve-that is,anywhere from the lower back,through the hips,buttocks&or down the legs.
B.It can also cause muscle weakness in your leg and foot,numbness in your leg and an unpleasant tingling pins-and-needles sensation in your leg,foot and toes.

Ans.6)Sciatica can be caused by several different medical conditions including:
- Slipped disk
- Degenerative Disk disease
- Abnormal narrowing of the spinal canal.

- Oestoarthritis
- Trauma injury to the lumbar spine or sciatica nerve.
- Tumors in the lumbar spinal canal that compress the sciatica nerve.
- Piriformis syndrome.
- Cauda equina syndrome.

- Moderate to severe pain in lower back,buttock and down your leg.
