2 Habits toppers didn't tell anyone


                           Introduction 

Toppers and success is the ultimate goal of every individual in life whether in terms of wealth or in terms of education,inthis today session we discuss the two major habits toppers of education field didn't disclosed to anyone which are as follows:-                                                                                                               1) Environment:- To score higher toppers keep an eye on their environment, this includes words, images and situation from these images play a vital role in performance as images boost our work efficiency by giving positive zest & empowerment as every image or object have an emotion .For example , when we study on bed there is an emotion of sleep to bed and we can't focus as better than in a study table.                                          Great scholar Pablo Picasso said that "Without great solitude no serious work as possible".Thus, a library room is best room to focus with no multi tasking.                                                                                                  2) Deep Work :-  Focus on a particular thing with no distractions is called Deep work, this includes focused concentration with 4 main steps:-                                                                                                                                                           1) Monastic Approach:-  Keeping our brain and mind away from our favourite items & distractions is called Monastic Approach till we not achieve our goal , famous writer J.K Rowling chose solitude to complete her famous book series "Harry Potter"

2) BI Model Approach:-  To achieve a higher goal you have to go to isolated place where there is nobody even no noise pollution.                                                                                            3) Rhythmic Approach:-  This includes dividing each hour to a particular thing to remove the feeling of burden and bore.                                                                                             4) Journalistic Approach:- This includes those people approach who give their rest of time after office to productive items.
